Head Chef - Menu & Recipe Development- Events Catering
I worked as Head Chef at Industry & Co in and out of COVID lockdowns. This meant adapting the menu to be take-away friendly, developing items for delivery and new menu items such as liege waffles and plant-based baked goods. Being head chef and having free reign over the menu allowed my creative juices to flow.
